This program provides guidance to junior and senior high youth as they consider various careers. Youth involved in this program are committed to two meetings each month with a career counselor. Their academic work is monitored, and they are given help with resumes and job interviewing. They are involved in career events provided by Lutheran Congregations For Career Development . They also receive assistance in finding summer employment.
